Terms and Conditions — six6x Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between six6x ("the platform", "we", "us") and you ("the player", "you") in connection with all services available at six6x.im. By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on six6x, you enter into a binding legal agreement on the basis of these Terms.

six6x reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

• These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in the event of any translation discrepancy.
• All references to currency are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• six6x operates as an online gaming and sports betting service under applicable licensing.
• The platform is available globally, subject to local laws. Players are responsible for verifying the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.
• These Terms supersede all previous terms and conditions published by six6x.

To register and use six6x you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. six6x takes these requirements seriously and will close accounts and void all associated bets and balances where eligibility criteria are found to have been violated.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. six6x does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Own account: You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of or at the direction of another person.
• One account only: You may maintain only one account on six6x. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on six6x or any related platform.
• Not a six6x employee or affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of six6x staff are not eligible to hold player accounts.

When you register with six6x, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone.
• You must notify six6x support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• six6x is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Accounts are personal. You may not transfer, sell or assign your six6x account or any balance within it to another person.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or bet) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee may apply to dormant accounts with a balance. six6x will notify you before applying any such fee.
• To close your account, contact support at support@six6x.im. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. Balances remaining after closure of an account closed at the player's request will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

All financial transactions on six6x are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• six6x does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may charge their own fees which are outside six6x's control.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• six6x reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be unreasonably delayed during routine verification.
• Any deposit identified as originating from fraudulent activity will be frozen, the associated account suspended and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply regardless of account tier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum will not be processed.

six6x offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the promotion. These general bonus terms apply to all six6x promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states it can be combined with others, bonuses cannot be used or stacked simultaneously.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your six6x bonus wallet. Bonus funds are used automatically before real money funds when placing bets, unless the applicable promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder. They cannot be transferred to another account.
• Where the platform reasonably suspects a player is abusing a bonus — through bonus hunting, coordinated betting, arbitrage or any other exploitative strategy — six6x reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reclaim associated winnings and, in cases of repeated abuse, close the account.
• Free bets and free spins expire within the period stated in the individual promotion. Expired free bets and spins are removed automatically without notice.
• Winnings generated from free bet or free spin bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the promotion details.
• six6x reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will honour terms for bets placed before any cancellation.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, esports betting and other wagering markets available on six6x. Game-specific rules for individual sports or esports titles supplement these general rules and are published within each relevant market section.

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum bet on any market is Rs 100 unless a specific market states a higher minimum.
• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmation reference number. Do not assume a bet is placed until you see this confirmation.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled except where a Cash Out option is available and used within the permitted window.
• Odds offered at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being offered (for example, odds of 100:1 on a heavy favourite), six6x reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes refunded promptly.
• If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For in-play betting, the result as reported by the official event organiser is final. Market settlement will not be delayed to accommodate disputed calls unless the official result itself is changed by the organiser.
• Parlay (multi-bet) selections are treated as independent legs. If one leg is voided, the parlay recalculates based on the remaining confirmed legs at the original odds.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day may apply to individual markets. These are displayed in the market details before bet placement.

Casino games at six6x — including slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, Andar Bahar and Baccarat — are subject to these general rules as well as the specific rules embedded within each game.

• All RNG games at six6x use independently certified random number generation software. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or any player.
• Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios. The dealer's decision on game outcomes is final. In the event of a stream interruption mid-round, the hand or round is typically voided and stakes returned. Where the hand reached a natural conclusion before the interruption, the result stands.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots and RNG games are theoretical averages calculated over millions of spins or rounds. Individual session results will differ significantly from the theoretical average.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and all plays. If a technical fault affects a game session, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Progressive jackpots accumulate from a percentage of wagers across eligible games. Jackpot wins are paid in full from six6x funds and do not affect your regular game balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are set within each game and are visible before play begins.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on six6x. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation, which may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Opening more than one account on six6x, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any technical tools to interact with six6x in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or platform vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support@six6x.im immediately.
• Participating in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the six6x platform.
• Abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour directed at six6x staff, support agents or other players in live chat environments.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers (bonus abuse), including coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.
• Placing bets using inside information about match outcomes or event results before they are publicly known.

six6x collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in that policy.

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement purposes.
• six6x does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or our licensing obligations.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by six6x. Requests should be directed to support@six6x.im.
• All data transmission between your device and six6x is encrypted. Complete payment credentials are not stored on six6x systems — payment processing is handled by the payment provider directly.

six6x provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee this at all times.

• six6x is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet interruptions, device issues or matters outside our reasonable control.
• In no event will six6x's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• six6x is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. six6x does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a player using the platform in a jurisdiction where it is not permitted.

six6x is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases to limits take 24 hours to take effect. Reductions are applied immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is reached.
• Reality check reminders: Set periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing and your net session result.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from six6x. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion closes your account indefinitely. During exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Account closure: You may close your account at any time for any reason by contacting support.

six6x reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "last modified" date. For material changes, six6x will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to the address on their account or via an on-platform notification.

• Your continued use of six6x after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance will be returned via your registered payment method.
• It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. The current version is always available at six6x.im/terms-conditions.
• Changes to Terms will not retroactively affect bets or transactions already confirmed before the change was published.
